Last night, we announced to our ministry leaders that CF West Kendall is next on the horizon. We introduced the campus directors: Juan Roque and Frank Hopkins, Jr. They are successful businessmen who sense God calling them to do more for the kingdom. They are going to spearhead the launch as volunteers. I can’t wait to see what God does.
We also announced the potential location – the Regal Cinema at the Kendall Village Center located at the NW corner of the Turnpike and Kendall Drive. Prime location. We have proposed to rent theaters 8 9 and 10 on Sunday mornings for adult worship, Way Station, and student ministries.
Why West Kendall?
-- lots of people in W Kendall
-- we have over 2000 people in our database from W Kendall, so we feel confident God will assemble a launch team from that group
-- God is leading us there
We plan on launching in mid February. Please pray for God to raise up the people for the challenging (yet rewarding) task.
