After speaking at the final service of the weekend (Homestead 11:30), I heard that there is a group of 30 folks in Barbados who gather to watch DVD’s of our worship services. Pretty cool. We will continue to provide resources to this group. While this may not develop into a CF location, it does remind me of the far reaching impact churches in Miami can have. People come from all over the world to visit family here in Miami. What if they visit a church while here? What if God transforms them and gives them a vision for their community? What if they go back home as missionaries?
After teaching this weekend, I came home and engaged in a hobby…landscaping. Several of our ground orchids were suffering. So I replaced them with new ground orchids, put in some crotons and two red sisters before using twelve bags of mulch to give the back yard that fresh look. (see pic of the corner of our back yard -- the white screen is our back porch)
You can rib me for being a garden kind of guy, but I sometimes need the instant results. In ministry, you often do not see the spiritual results right away. It takes time because spiritual growth takes time. But after sweating for four hours, I really like how my backyard looks.

International Multi-Site? How cool is that! I'd love to see the church fly me over there every weekend so I can provide on-site tech support. We'll talk soon.
Gardening IS for girls...if you have some spare time how about coming over and pulling some weeds for me.
Dang Raul...thats pretty cold.
That is so cool. You have your Mom and Dad's touch for gardening. Their roses were beautiful the last time we visited them which was way too long ago. Love you guys
